CANCELLATIONS: All sales for OR Manager Conference are final. Non-payment or failure to access online materials does not constitute cancellation and said registrants are not entitled to a
credit or refund of any kind.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions can be made up to Wednesday, September 16th, 2020. Notice of substitution must be made in writing and sent to: info@ormanagerconference.com.
